CET Group CPD - Louise Baldwin - Therapeutic Thinking
Trust Conference 2026 – Therapeutic Thinking
We're delighted to welcome colleagues from across the Trust to our annual Trust Conference at Stonham Barns.
This year's focus is Therapeutic Thinking, an approach that is becoming increasingly embedded within our schools as we continue to develop calm, inclusive and supportive learning environments for all children and young people.
We are excited to be joined by Louise Baldwin, Senior Consultant with Therapeutic Thinking, who brings extensive experience as a SEND teacher, Inclusion Coordinator and Local Authority Advisor. Louise has supported schools and local authorities nationwide in developing approaches that strengthen relationships, improve inclusion and create emotionally safe environments where pupils and staff can thrive.
The session will provide practical insights into understanding behaviour through a therapeutic lens, helping us build on the positive work already taking place across the Trust. As we continue our Therapeutic Thinking journey, this promises to be an inspiring and thought-provoking start to the new academic year.
We look forward to coming together to learn, reflect and further strengthen our shared commitment to creating environments in which every child and young person can succeed.
